“State-by-State Report on Permanent Public Access to Electronic Government Information”
: Released in June, 2003 by the Government Relations Committee and Washington Affairs Office, American Association of Law Libraries. This definitely has pertinent information as govt info librarians struggle to collect, preserve and disseminate e-docs from all levels of government.
