Beware the Farmers’ Almanac!

Truly rediculous! The real world gets more like the Onion every day. FBI urges police to watch for people carrying almanacs. The best thing that could come out of this is for subscriptions to the OFA to shoot through the roof.

“The FBI is warning police nationwide to be alert for people carrying almanacs, cautioning that the popular reference books covering everything from abbreviations to weather trends could be used for terrorist planning.”

    That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Just think of all the valuable terror resources available in the library’s Reference Department. :=(

    PLEASE GIVE ME A BREAK ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!
    THEY HAVEN’T CAUGHT MANY TO SPEAK OF AS IT IS. AND THEY HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO CONVICT ANY OF THE FEW THEY HAVE CAUGHT WITH WEPONS , RICIN, OR ORDERS SO BY ALL MEANS GO AFTER THE ONES CARRYING AN ALMANAC , THAT SHOULD GET THE BALL ROLLING. HA HA HA ! WHAT A LAUGH .
